Okay so perhaps this Jack Russell had no chance at winning this dog competition but his enthusiastic spirit and peppy attitude makes him a winner. Olly the terrier doesn’t need anything to confirm that he is a strong, independent little fella. If you haven’t seen the video check it out. It shows Olly super hyped to tackle the obstacle course during this year’s Crufts dog show in Birmingham. He was so hyped that he was unable to contain himself on the course. He was like a kid who had been given a few shots of espresso and there was simply no way of controlling his rocket fuel energy. The video is super cute. Check out this lovely puppy and his indomitable spirit.

Orphaned Tiger Cubs Fed Using Toy

Indian park rangers are making use of a cuddly toy tigress to enable three cubs that have been traumatised return to their normal selves following the death of their mother. Recently the cubs were found orphaned and are now quite happily feeding from milk bottles that have been placed inside the stuffed toy. Midrul Pathak, field director at Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in the central state of Madhya Pradesh says they were initially given goats milk but rejected it because they did not like the human interaction. For the last few days however they have been feeding from synthetic nipples from the toy and their energy levels seem to have increased.

Animal Shelter YouTube Video Goes Viral

Furkids Animals Rescue which is based in Atlanta wanted to advertise the fact that it had a ton of cats which are adoptable. The shelter however did not have a huge budget to work with but did manage to post its homemade “kitty Kommercial” on YouTube and the video quickly went viral after Reddit users took notice and helped the video log nearly 1.2 million views.

Check Out This Video Of Lion Caught In A Snare Trap Being Rescued

A young lion in Zimbabwe that was caught in a snare trap found itself as the centre of attention of a crowd that continued to grow which hindered initial rescue efforts by vets from a charity last week. People living in the township of Kariba started reporting that they heard the roars of a lion emanating from a house and as they waited for assistance the crowd grew to about 1,000. The video shows vets from Aware Trust Zimbabwe trying to get the lion sedated. That was not an easy task fortunately with a little luck the Keith Dutlow one of the vets was able to get a clear shot and immobilise the lion.

When young bucks battle for dominance during mating season, sometimes they will accidentally get their antlers tangled and on occasion they get so tangled they are unable to free themselves and the outcome of that is not good. Fortunately, we have a story that ends well here. Two tangled deer that were struggling for survival in the Kansas snow were found by two game wardens that appeared at the right time and were willing to chase them down and take a shot.

It’s completely adorable when babies learn how to talk. The only thing in the world that is cuter is watching a little puppy doing the same thing. Check out this video of a litter of Siberian Husky who are just figuring how to bark and howl for the first time. It’s not just cute but is also fascinating because you can see the boldness and attitude of the pups form as they learn how to express themselves. An adorable baby rhino in an Iowa zoo recently discovered snow and she most certainly loves it. The rhino’s handlers at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines shovelled some freshly snow into the animal’s enclosure and the little creature who has no name yet fell in love with it almost immediately. Initially the baby rhino just stepped into the snow and nosed through it. After some time, she got comfortable with it and cautious exploration turned into complete playfulness.

Last year was surreal by any measure and there are good reasons for people to complain. If you need something to cheer you up, you will love this adorable video of polar bear cubs getting their first glimpse of the world. It’s enough to melt even the most ice-cold heart. The video was shared by the Smithsonian Channel and shows a mama polar bear with her 10-week-old cubs emerging from their den in the spring. Amazingly there were photographers at the spot who shot the video of the cubs getting their first taste of sunlight and they are definitely cute.

Moray Eel Attack Captured On Video

Recently the famous nature magazine posted a new video showing a couple of snorkelers in Hawaii chance upon a fight between an octopus and a moray eel. The eel was able to bite of one of the octopus’ tentacles. That however is not much of a problem for the octopus because they are able to regenerate another tentacle without suffering any permanent damage.
